Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using eudec2026.org ("Website") and registering for EUDEC 2026 ("Conference"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Conference Registration

Ticket Purchase

  • All ticket sales are processed through Stripe's secure payment system
  • Prices are listed in Euros (EUR)
  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Until May 31, 2026: Full refund minus €20 processing fee
  • June 1-30, 2026: 50% refund
  • After June 30, 2026: No refunds, but tickets are transferable
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@eudec2026.org

Ticket Transfer

Tickets are transferable. To transfer your ticket to another person, contact us at info@eudec2026.org with both parties' information.

Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Treat all attendees with respect
  • Not engage in harassment or discrimination of any kind
  • Respect the venue and follow all venue rules
  • Not disrupt sessions or activities

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct without refund.

Intellectual Property

  • Conference materials are provided for personal use only
  • Recording sessions requires permission from facilitators and participants
  • Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff

Limitation of Liability

EUDEC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your attendance or inability to attend the conference.

Changes to the Conference

We reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, schedule, or venue. In case of major changes or cancellation, we will notify all registered participants and provide appropriate remedies.

Privacy

Your use of our Website and registration for the Conference is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, where the conference is held.
