20% Discount

Volunteers receive a discount on the conference fee as a gesture of appreciation.

10 Hours Contribution

Expected contribution is at least 10 hours in total, before or during the event.

What happens after you apply?

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at EUDEC 2026. All volunteer applications are carefully reviewed by the Organising Committee.

Once the evaluation process is complete, you will be informed about the result of your application via email.

If your application is approved, you will receive further instructions about registration and ticket purchase.
