Call for Proposals
Academic Proposals Form
Proposals are invited for individual papers and posters. The deadline for proposal submission is March 31st, 2026. Individual papers are 30-min presentations of any academic work related to the conference team. Twenty minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for discussion are recommended. Posters are encouraged for studies that can be presented visually through graphics and tables. Each poster session will last 1 hour, allowing opportunities for direct interaction with the attendees who walk through the posters.

Review Criteria
All proposals undergo an anonymous peer-review process based on the following criteria.
